Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma: Immunohistochemical Classification According to Hans Algorithm and Association With Outcome in A Moroccan Institution.

Background: The most prevalent subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Germinal center B-cell (GCB) and non-germinal center B-cell (non GCB) are the two main biologically different molecular subtypes identified utilizing an immunohistochemistry-based approach.

Aim: Our objective in this study is to analyze the impact of immunohistochemical subtypes of DLBCL (GCB or non GCB) on demographic and clinicopathological parameters, response to chemotherapy and survival outcomes.

Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKI), such as Imatinib, are known for their effectiveness in achieving complete remission from Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), a malignancy caused by a reciprocal translocation between the terminal fragments of the long arms of chromosomes 9 and 22 that leads to the famous chimeric BCR::ABL1 gene. Mutations in this fusion gene may induce resistance to TKI treatment, which requires prescribing a second-, or third-generation TKI medication. The Impact of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus-Related Respiratory Manifestations on the Quality of Life and Psychological Health of Patients During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Introduction Respiratory manifestations are common among patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and can present as chest pain, dyspnea, and cough and are often accompanied by fever. These symptoms can resemble those of COVID-19, which may cause increased anxiety in SLE patients. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the impact of SLE-related respiratory manifestations on anxiety, depression, and quality of life among SLE patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
