Objective: Defined as dispositional qualities that elevate well-being, character strengths such as love and kindness can be developed and enhanced to improve quality of life. Yet, little is known how specific strengths are associated with posttrauma mental health. The present study explored their concurrent associations with posttraumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) and posttraumatic growth (PTG) in a sample of 405 women sexual assault survivors.

Drawing on work on individuation in couples, we present an integrated framework of dehumanizing deindividuation that is characterized by derogation (viewing a partner with contempt), disregard (ignoring or overlooking a partner), and denial of autonomy (restricting a partner's self-determination). We present data from two samples highlighting the reliability and validity of a new measure, the Dehumanizing Deindividuation in Couples (DDC) scale, which was internally consistent and had excellent construct replicability.

Summary Answer: A combination of a machine learning-based tissue analysis software for tissue segmentation and a deep learning-based algorithm for segmentation-independent cell identification shows strong performance on the automated histological analysis of endometriosis sections.
What Is Known Already: Endometriosis is characterized by the complex interplay of various cell types and exhibits great variation between patients and endometriosis subtypes.
Study Design, Size, Duration: Endometriosis tissue samples of eight patients of different subtypes were obtained during surgery.
Messenger RNA is a highly promising biotherapeutic modality with great potential in preventive and therapeutic vaccination, and in the modulation of cellular function through transient expression of therapeutic proteins. However, for cellular delivery, mRNA requires packaging into delivery vehicles that mediate uptake and also shield the mRNA against degradation. Lipid-coated calcium phosphate (LCP) nanoparticles encapsulate the mRNA in a calcium phosphate core, which is coated by a bilayer of structural lipids, positively charged lipids and pegylated lipid to mediate cellular uptake and achieve colloidal stabilization.
