During the harvest of Ilex paraguariensis, approximately 2-5 tons per hectare of thick stems are left on the soil surface. The outer portion of these stems, referred to as the coproduct, constitutes 30% of the total residue mass. Although this coproduct has been partially characterized in terms of its phytochemical profile, its technological applications remain unexplored.

In this report, we present a unique surgical approach that combines the use of both the Da Vinci Xi robot and a 70-degree nasal endoscope in a patient with a type II stenosis of the nasopharynx. The benefits of improved visualization, maneuverability, and precision of this novel combined approach are highlighted.

Binary clathrate hydrates hosting deuterated tetrahydrofuran (THF-d) and dioxygen show promise as potential moderators for such sources due to a rich spectrum of localized low-energy excitations of the encaged guest molecules. In this article, we present a reliable manufacturing technique for such hydrates.

There are gaps in the literature on the impact of WB on beer manufacturing. Thus, the objective was to evaluate the addition of WB as a replacement for wheat flakes in a craft beer.
