Background: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is a significant orthopedic issue globally with varying success rates among different populations. Better understanding of functional outcome can help design suitable protocols for ACL reconstruction and recovery. This review aims to evaluate the epidemiological trends and functional outcomes of ACLR procedures in India.

Microvascular complications like diabetic retinopathy (DR) due to chronic diabetes causes apoptotic loss of PCs followed by diminished vessel stability, EC apoptosis, and ischemia, leading to retinal angiogenesis, and eventually severe vision loss. This study aimed to analyze the proteins in PCs isolated from the RV of diabetic human donor eyes and compare them with remaining mixed population (MP) of retinal vascular cells.

Highly sensitive, point-of-care testing is critical for rapid detection of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases and initiation of antiviral therapy to avert adverse health outcomes and reduce onward transmission of the virus. While hundreds of COVID-19 diagnostics received emergency use authorization from the FDA during the pandemic, significantly fewer have navigated the course to FDA clearance or approval.
