Background: Bird fancier's disease is a type of HP occurring due to exposure to bird's antigen. The diagnosis is quite difficult as it requires the identification of an inciting agent with findings of HRCT and lung biopsy. The exposure is usually done by history with antigen-specific IgG and/or specific inhalational challenge testing.

1,2,3-triazole-based ring connected with pyridazine, triazine, methyl pyrazole, diphenyl pyrazole, and pthalimide moieties through propylene linker have been synthesized for antidiabetic evaluation via click chemistry. The antidiabetic evaluations have been done by molecular docking studies and in- vitro tests and against the DPP-4 enzyme. The molecular docking studies have revealed that compounds 22, 23, 29, and 30 showed hydrogen bond with the DPP-4 enzyme while in vitro tests has revealed the compound 30 has (IC50 values 12.

Pesticides are widely used to control pests, but their widespread use raises concerns regarding potential health risks for humans. There are several routes through which pesticides can be ingested, inhaled, and absorbed, resulting in acute and long-term health consequences. This systematic review synthesizes the available evidence regarding the health risks and long-term effects of pesticide exposure, with a particular focus on epidemiological and toxicological studies.

Objective: The study aims to explore Resveratrol (RES) as a potential therapeutic agent for Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), a challenging brain cancer. RES, a polyphenolic compound with known benefits in various diseases including cancer, has shown promise in inhibiting glioma progression through its effects on the AKT signaling pathways. However, its limited ability to cross the blood-brain barrier restricts its clinical application in GBM treatment.

Purpose: Current methods for glioma response assessment are limited. This study aimed to assess the technical and clinical feasibility of molecular profiling using longitudinal intracranial CSF from patients with gliomas.

Experimental Design: Adults with gliomas underwent longitudinal intracranial CSF collection via Ommaya reservoirs or ventriculoperitoneal shunts.
