[Paget's disease of bone: Diagnostic and therapeutic updates].

Paget's disease of bone is the second most common metabolic bone disease after osteoporosis. Its pathogenesis is not yet clearly understood. Geographic distribution and epidemiological variations suggest a role of genetic and environmental factors in its pathophysiology.
