Background: There is an ongoing debate about the most appropriate method for reconstructing the pancreas after a pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). This study assessed the impact of pancreaticogastrostomy (PG) with an external pancreatic stent on postoperative outcomes following PD in high-risk patients.
Patients And Methods: This study involves a propensity score-matched analysis of high-risk patients who underwent PD with PG reconstruction.
Purposes: Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a rare small intestinal tumor. Most patients usually report long-period complaints due to difficult diagnoses. A high grade of suspicion is required for early diagnosis and initiation of the proper management.

The isolated nanofibers were used with zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) to prepare flexible nanopaper films. Tensile strength and electrical properties of the prepared RSNF/ZnONPs nanopaper were investigated.

Material And Methods: Retrospective analysis of 137 hepatic focal lesions in 108 patients at risk of HCC, who underwent magnetic resonance imaging of the liver. Hepatic focal lesions were classified according to LI-RADS-v2018, and ADC of hepatic lesions was calculated by 2 independent blinded reviewers.
Spontaneous regression (SR) of lymphoma is a rare phenomenon. While the precise mechanism of SR remains unknown, apoptosis may be associated with its process. Here, we present a case of a 52-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with cough and orthopnea for 2 weeks.
