Background: Modular (universal) CAR T-platforms were developed to combat the limitations of traditional CAR-T therapy, allowing for multiple targeting of tumor-associated antigens and the ability to control CAR-T cell activity. The modular CAR-T platform consists of a universal receptor (signaling module) that recognizes an adapter molecule on the soluble module, which is responsible for antigen recognition. Multiple platforms have been developed over the last 12 years, and some of them have entered the clinical trial phase.

Background: The current outbreak of war in Palestine on the 7th of October 2023, heightened concerns about mental health and well-being of individuals, particularly undergraduate students in Palestine. Such traumatic experiences and political conflict did affect the social, economic, psychological, and academic status of university students in Palestine, in particular, nursing students. However, resilience is one of the moderators which may positively decrease the severity of those negative war-related symptoms.

Introduction: The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal compound FYTF-919 (Zhong Feng Xing Nao prescription) may improve outcome from acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) by reducing brain edema, hematoma absorption, and enhancement of the immune system. We outline the statistical analysis plan (SAP) for the Chinese Herbal medicine in Acute INtracerebral haemorrhage (CHAIN) study.

Design: CHAIN is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial being undertaken at 20-30 hospitals in China.
