: The anxiolytic effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is associated with the activation of endogenous inhibitory mechanisms in the central nervous system. Both low-frequency, high-amplitude TENS (LF-TENS) and high-frequency, low-amplitude TENS (HF-TENS) are capable of activating opioid, GABA, serotonin, muscarinic, and cannabinoid receptors. However, there has been no comparative analysis of the effectiveness of HF-TENS and LF-TENS in the treatment of GAD.

Different methods and tools have been developed for predicting outcomes of COVID-19, but they are difficult to use in routine clinical practice.
Methods: We conducted a prospective cohort study of inpatients aged 20-92 years, diagnosed with COVID-19 to determine whether their individual 5-year absolute risk of stroke at the time of hospital admission predicts the course of COVID-19 severity and mortality.
Objectives: The intravenous (IV) injection of tropicamide for non-clinical purposes is a new and widespread drug trend. The aim of this study is to provide the first literature review on the topic.
Methods: Relevant literature was identified through a search of MEDLINE, Psycinfo, Google Scholar, conference proceedings and select citations.

Aim: To determine clinical effectiveness of high-dose polychemotherapy (PCT) and transplantation of autologous hemopoietic cells (TAHC) in patients with lymphogranulomatosis (LGM).
Material And Methods: 27 LGM patients aged 16-42 years who have undergone TAHC after high-dose PCT (BEAM--17 patients or CBV--10 patients). 4 patients given high-dose PCT were in the first-second complete remission (CR), 7 patients--in the first partial remission (PR).
