Lymphoepithelial cysts of the pancreas are rare cystic lesions that histologically resemble branchial cleft cysts. In this article, we report a case of lymphoepithelial cyst with sebaceous differentiation. Lymphoepithelial cysts may present clinically or may be incidental findings, and they should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic lesions of the pancreas.

Other causes include degeneration of the medial layer of the aortic wall, either idiopathically or due to genetic disorders such as Marfan syndrome; aortic dissection; trauma; syphilis and other bacterial infection; noninfective aortitis; and congenital anomaly. We review normal anatomy of the aorta and discuss our technique and interpretation of computed tomography (CT) in the evaluation of the thoracic aorta.
