The demand for mobile coverage with adequate signal quality has triggered criticism due to the maturity of the Internet's diffusion in today's society. However, with the deployment of 5G networks, even 5G NSA by 4G LTE, the complexity of the operating environment of mobile networks has increased. To evaluate the behavior of mobile networks in terms of signal quality and other important metrics for mobile telephony, we developed a dataset consisting of 33 radio parameters that can collect up to 736,974 records generated daily by smartphones and tablets.

Our objective was to evaluate the approval of new oncological drugs for solid tumors by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) since 2008.
Methods: Data were collected from public and online databases by searching for the date of submission, the date of the procedure, the date of approval, clinical indication, and drug characteristics.
Background: Recently, it was demonstrated that allopurinol, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, has cardiovascular and anti-ischaemic properties and may be a metabolic antianginal agent option. Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the antianginal effect of allopurinol as a third drug for patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD).
Methods: This was a randomized clinical trial between 2018 and 2020 including patients with CAD who maintained angina despite initial optimization with beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers.
