As the result of the carried out studies the author came to the conclusion that the universal special purpose tooth brushing devices for the individual oral hygiene were more effective due to additional access to the far points that was very important in cases of non-removable orthodontic appliances (brackets) use.

Carrying out of school program gave positive changes of the indices of the mouth cavity hygiene and inflammation of the gum mucous membrane. "Colgate" tooth-paste is effective in mouth cavity hygiene.

The data on the pattern and time course of pathomorphologic shifts and functions extend the general notions on the role of the liquor circulation system in the pathogenesis of craniocerebral injury. These results may serve as additional expert criteria of the mechanisms of brain injury.

Psychological approach to elaboration of the issue of memory stimulation resulted in development of a variant of memory training. The method is based on enhancement of memory prerequisites. It was tested in 40 senile patients with initial vasculogenic dementia.

Mnestic functions were studied in 220 senile patients with neuroses, neurosis-like vascular disorders, endogenous depression, initial vascular psycho-organic syndrome. In senile functional psychic disorders a secondary affect-bound reduction of short-term memory was detected. Dynamic (affect-related) components could be shown as parts of initial vasculogenic psycho-organic syndrome.
