Chromosomal mosaicism is at high occurrence in early developmental-stage embryos, but much lower in those at prenatal stage. Recent studies provided evidence on the viability of mosaic embryos by reporting pregnancy outcomes. Expanded research is warranted to evaluate its clinical significance.

Material And Methods: The performances with respect to the sensitivity, specificity, success rate and detection rate of this technique from new BoBs technology and traditional array chromosomal genomic hybridization (aCGH) were compared. And the use of BoBs as a screening tool for euploid embryos in PGS was evaluated.
Purpose: To investigate whether commonly used test tube warming devices maintain a constant temperature in follicular fluid aspirates.
Methods: By using a digital thermocouple, temperature was measured and comparisons were made between an analog dry block heater, a digital dry block heater, and a thermostatic test tube heater.
Results: For small fluid volumes, temperature in the block heaters increased above 37 degrees C after being in the block for over 2 min.
