Thyroid cancer with concomitant hyperthyroidism is rare. Most foci of malignancy are small and seen postoperatively as incidental findings after surgery for hyperthyroidism. Thyroid masses with clinical features of malignancy and concomitant hyperthyroidism are less-commonly reported.
