Unfortunately, the design of high-quality luminescent nanoswitches is still very challenging due to the low affinity of traditional macrocyclic molecules (e.g.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) base on the surface of graphite oxide (GO) has been developed for the selective recognition of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), and applied for the extraction of DEHP in a milk bag sample, with detection by high-performance liquid chromatography. The surface-molecularly imprinted material was prepared by precipitation polymerization in -dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent, using GO as the supporting material, DEHP as the template molecule, and methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer; the synthesis conditions were also optimized. The obtained GO-MAA-MIP was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA novel turn-on fluorescence assay was developed for the rapid detection of glutathione (GSH) based on the inner-filter effect (IFE) and redox reaction. Molybdenum disulfide quantum dots (MoS₂ QDs), which have stable fluorescent properties, were synthesized with hydrothermal method. Manganese dioxide nanosheets (MnO₂ NSs) were prepared by exfoliating the bulk δ-MnO₂ material in bovine serum albumin (BSA) aqueous solution.
