This study aimed to explore how positional performance varies across different youth age groups and during matches in football competitions. The study encompassed 160 male outfield youth football players ( = 80, under-13, U13; = 80, under-15, U15) who belonged to the starting line-up and played the entire first half of each match. The players' positional data were gathered through the global positional system for each of the eight matches performed by each age group.

Given that the current disease diagnosis and treatment models hardly satisfy the growing demand for medical and health care in China, based on the theory of healthcare and basic laws of human physiological activities, and combined with the characteristics of the information society, this paper presents a panoramic and personalised intelligent healthcare mode that is aimed at improving and promoting individual health. The basic definition and conceptual model are provided, and its basic characteristics and specific connotations are elaborated in detail.
