Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a chronic systemic bone metabolism disorder. Promotion in the patterns of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) differentiation towards osteoblasts contributes to alleviating osteoporosis. Aucubin, a natural compound isolated from the well-known herbal medicine Eucommia, was previously shown to possess various pharmacological effects.

Reverse transcription‑quantitative PCR noted high expression of circ_0004662 in CRC compared with normal colorectal epithelial cells.

However, the existence of endogenous stem cells with multiple lineage potentials in the adult spinal cord remains a compelling area of research. In this study, we present a cross-species investigation that extends from development to injury.

Increasing evidence supports the close relationship between oxidative stress and osteoporosis, suggesting that treatment with antioxidants may be a viable approach. This study evaluated the antioxidant properties of dichotomitin (DH) and its potential protective effects against osteoporosis.

Chickens acquire infection by the oral route under natural conditions. Although the histological and pathological changes after IBDV infection are well described, the alterations in serum metabolome have not been reported.

Owing to the limited understanding of the physiological and genetic basis of rice salt tolerance, few genes have been identified as valuable in rice breeding, causing a major bottleneck in the development of high-yield, salt-tolerant rice varieties.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA hybrid model combining self-attention temporal convolutional networks (SATCN) with bidirectional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) networks was developed to improve the accuracy of ultra-short-term photovoltaic (PV) power prediction. The self-attention mechanism and SATCN were used to extract temporal and correlation features, which were then linked to BiLSTM networks. The model's hyperparameters were optimized using the dung beetle optimization algorithm.

However, in many biodiversity hotspots, precise biological community assessments are insufficient. From 2012 to 2022, we deployed 784 camera traps in eight nature reserves (including sub-reserves) and one State Forest Farm (SFF, less strictly protected than a reserve) to study the composition and distribution of large and medium-sized mammals in tropical Xishuangbanna.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate whether photoacoustic (PA), sound touch elastography (STE), and viscoelasticity (VE) can distinguish between normal and abnormal postradiation therapy breast skin and compare these methods with Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) criteria at a 20 Gy threshold.
Methods And Materials: Patients who met inclusion and exclusion criteria underwent PA, STE, and VE on the same day. Collected data included radiation dose, molecular type, RTOG, Fitzpatrick skin type, pathology, neoadjuvant chemotherapy status, TNM (tumor, node, metastasis) classification, surgical procedures, primary breast cancer location, body mass index, and age.
Morroniside (MOR) has shown great potential in treating atrazine (ATZ)-induced skin damage. This study aims to elucidate MOR's mechanism of action in mitigating lipid metabolism disorders and inhibiting ferroptosis to repair ATZ-induced skin damage. Twenty C57BL/6 mice were divided into four groups: the control group, the ATZ group, the MOR-H group and the MOR-L group, each comprising five mice.

This study aimed to obtain data on immune cell infiltration based on public datasets and to examine the prognostic significance of SH2 domain containing 4A () for GBM.
Methods: expression in GBM was analyzed using a Tumor Immunity Estimation Resource (TIMER) 2.
Porcine circovirus type 3 (PCV3) infection is clinically related to various diseases, including porcine dermatitis and nephrotic syndrome (PDNS)-like disease, respiratory disease, reproductive disorders, and gastrointestinal and neurological diseases. Since PCV3 infection was discovered in 2016, it has developed rapidly and has attracted much attention worldwide. However, specific preventive and therapeutic interventions are currently lacking.

However, to what extent specific bacterial species relate to clinical symptoms remains poorly characterized. We investigated the clinical relevance of bacterial species linked with increased proteolytic activity, histamine production, and superantigen (SAg) production in patients with IBS.

This study aimed to investigate its repairing effect and to combine it with proteomic technology to deeply resolve the related protein expression changes. Thirty SD rats were divided randomly into three groups (n = 10 per group): the sham-operated group, the model group and the scaffold group.

Recently, findings from several studies have indicated that human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUMSCs) can alleviate ovarian dysfunction resulting from POI. However, the mechanisms underlying this effect require further clarification.

We previously demonstrated that diet enriched in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFA) transforms brain lipid composition in the offspring and protects the neonatal brain from stroke, in part by blunting injurious immune responses. Critical to the interface between the brain and systemic circulation is the vasculature, endothelial cells in particular, that support brain homeostasis and provide a barrier to systemic infection.

However, the role of m6A modification in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) has not been adequately investigated. Therefore, we aimed to explore the significance of m6A regulator-mediated RNA methylation in AS.

Aims: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Osteoking in treating KOA.
Background: While the phenotypic association between anti-Müllerian hormoneand age at menopause has been widely studied, the role of anti-Müllerian hormone in predicting the age at menopause is currently controversial, and the genetic architecture or causal relationships underlying these 2 traits is not well understood.
Aim: We aimed to explore the shared genetic architecture between anti-Müllerian hormone and age at menopause, to identify shared pleiotropic loci and genes, and to investigate causal association and potential causal mediators.
Study Design: Using summary statistics from publicly available genome-wide association studies on anti-Müllerian hormone (N=7049) and age at menopause (N=201,323) in Europeans, we investigated the global genetic architecture between anti-Müllerian hormone and age at menopause through linkage disequilibrium score regression.
