Organo-metal halide perovskites are a promising platform for optoelectronic applications in view of their excellent charge-transport and bandgap tunability. However, their low photoluminescence quantum efficiencies, especially in low-excitation regimes, limit their efficiency for light emission. Consequently, perovskite light-emitting devices are operated under high injection, a regime under which the materials have so far been unstable.

In this paper, we present a robust global approach for point cloud registration from uniformly sampled points. Based on eigenvalues and normals computed from multiple scales, we design fast descriptors to extract local structures of these points. The eigenvalue-based descriptor is effective at finding seed matches with low precision using nearest neighbor search.

However, the development of Sn perovskite solar cells has been impeded by their extremely poor stability when exposed to oxygen. We report low-dimensional Sn perovskites that exhibit markedly enhanced air stability in comparison with their 3D counterparts.

Recently, several reports have provided evidence that RBMS3 was deregulated in a diverse range of solid tumors and played a critical role in tumor progression. However, it remains unclear whether RBMS3 inhibits the progression of human breast cancer.

This study presents a solution-phase synthesis of efficient green-emitting perovskite NCs (CsPbBr ) embedded in robust and air-stable rhombic prism hexabromide (Cs PbBr ) microcrystals, reaching a PLQY of 90%. Theoretical modeling and experimental characterization suggest that lattice matching between the NCs and the matrix contribute to improved passivation, while spatial confinement enhances the radiative rate of the NCs.

Purpose: Deregulation of immune checkpoint molecules by tumor cells is related to immune escape. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the appearance of B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) and its ligand herpesvirus entry mediator (HVEM) with the prognosis in gastric cancer patients.
Patients And Methods: A total of 136 patients with curative gastrectomy were included.
Planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs) made entirely via solution processing at low temperatures (<150°C) offer promise for simple manufacturing, compatibility with flexible substrates, and perovskite-based tandem devices. However, these PSCs require an electron-selective layer that performs well with similar processing. We report a contact-passivation strategy using chlorine-capped TiO colloidal nanocrystal film that mitigates interfacial recombination and improves interface binding in low-temperature planar solar cells.

In this paper, by introducing the singular value perturbation theory, the original double-dynamics coupling model of the hydraulic servomechanism was reduced to a integral chain system. So that, the popular ADRC (active disturbance rejection control) technology could be directly applied to the reduced system.

Insect RyRs are molecular targets for novel diamide insecticides. The target has been focused widely because of the diamides with high activity against lepidopterous pests and safety for nontarget organisms.

We examined the expression of glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), the key regulator of unfolded protein response, and miR-199a in the brain tissues of rats subjected to fatal ligature strangulation to understand the roles of ER stress and microRNA in ligature strangulation. The expressions of GRP78 and miR-199a in rat cortex, hippocampi, and midbrain were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis in a rat model of ligature strangulation.

Plasmonic effects have been proposed as a solution to overcome the limited light absorption in thin-film photovoltaic devices, and various types of plasmonic solar cells have been developed. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art progress on the design and fabrication of plasmonic solar cells and their enhancement mechanism. The working principle is first addressed in terms of the combined effects of plasmon decay, scattering, near-field enhancement, and plasmonic energy transfer, including direct hot electron transfer and resonant energy transfer.

As the composition of gut microbiota varies between individuals, metabolic activities are significantly different. We selected 6 rats with low efficiency metabolism (LEM) and 6 rats with high efficiency metabolism (HEM) from 60 rats following oral administration of Panax ginseng extract, and analyzed their gut microbiota composition using Illumina HiSeq sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene.

The aim of the present study was to analyze the selenoprotein expression levels in gastric cancer patients. We enrolled 40 patients (29 males, 11 females) who were recently diagnosed with gastric cancer and 50 healthy people (30 males, 20 females) as controls. The expression of 25 selenoprotein genes (Dio1, Dio2, Dio3, Gpx1, Gpx2, Gpx3, Gpx4, Gpx6, SelH, SelI, SelK, SelM, SelN, SelO, SelP, SelS, SelT, SelV, SelW, SelX, Sel15, Sps2, TR1, TR2, and TR3) in human gastric cancer tissues, para-carcinoma tissues, adjacent normal gastric tissues, erythrocytes, and lymphocytes in the gastric cancer group and healthy control group was analyzed by qRT-PCR.

Three YEO loaded SLNs (SLN-200, SLN-400 and SLN-800) with different particle size were prepared and separated following a high-shear homogenization technique using Compritol 888 ATO as lipid and polyvinyl alcohol as an emulsifier. The particle size, zeta potential, drug encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of the SLNs were determined to be between 171 and 812nm, -17.

NAT2 slow acetylation status is significantly associated with increased bladder cancer risk among European populations, but its association in Asian populations is inconclusive.
Methods: NAT2 acetylation status was determined by both single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and caffeine metabolic ratio (CMR), in a population-based study of 494 bladder cancer patients and 507 control subjects in Shanghai, China.
