A Golgi protein 73 (GP73) colorimetric biosensor based on the reduced graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan-hemin/platinum@palladium nanoparticles (RGO-CMCS-Hemin/Pt@Pd NPs) with peroxidase-like activity was constructed. The RGO-CMCS-Hemin/Pt@Pd NPs with high peroxidase-like activity were successfully synthesized under mild conditions. Then, the aminylated GP73 aptamer (Apt) was bound to the RGO-CMCS-Hemin/Pt@Pd NPs to form the recognition probe.
