Background: Angiofibroma of soft tissue (AFST) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm of fibroblastic differentiation. Due to its diverse morphology and the lack of specific immunohistochemistry (IHC) markers, AFST could elicit a broad range of differential diagnosis.
