Annual net ecosystem productivity (NEP), the amount of net carbon sequestration during a year, serves as the basis of terrestrial carbon sink. Quantifying the spatial variations of NEP and its trend would enhance our understandings on the response and adaption of ecosystems to environmental change, which also serves for the regional carbon management targeting at carbon neutrality. Based on process-based model and data-driven model simulating NEP, we selected the optimal simulating NEP mostly representing NEP spatial variations with multiple site eddy covariance measurements to develop the spatial downscaling method and generate high resolution NEP data of China, which was used to examine the spatial variations of NEP and its trend and driving factors during 2000-2017.

Whilst adversarial training has been proven to be one most effective defending method against adversarial attacks for deep neural networks, it suffers from over-fitting on training adversarial data and thus may not guarantee the robust generalization. This may result from the fact that the conventional adversarial training methods generate adversarial perturbations usually in a supervised way so that the resulting adversarial examples are highly biased towards the decision boundary, leading to an inhomogeneous data distribution. To mitigate this limitation, we propose to generate adversarial examples from a perturbation diversity perspective.

3D point clouds are gradually becoming more widely used in the medical field, however, they are rarely used for 3D representation of intracranial vessels and aneurysms due to the time-consuming data reconstruction. In this paper, we simulate the incomplete intracranial vessels (including aneurysms) in the actual collection from different angles, then propose Multi-Scope Feature Extraction Network (MSENet) for Intracranial Aneurysm 3D Point Cloud Completion. Annual gross primary productivity (AGPP) is the basis for grain production and terrestrial carbon sequestration. Mapping regional AGPP from site measurements provides methodological support for analysing AGPP spatiotemporal variations thereby ensures regional food security and mitigates climate change. In this article, a globally neural-network-based adaptive control strategy with flat-zone modification is proposed for a class of uncertain output feedback systems with time-varying bounded disturbances. A high-order continuously differentiable switching function is introduced into the filter dynamics to achieve global compensation for uncertain functions, thus further to ensure that all the closed-loop signals are globally uniformity ultimately bounded (GUUB). It is proven that the output tracking error converges to the prespecified neighborhood of the origin.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Shugan granule is derived from Xiaoyao powder, a traditional Chinese medicine that has been shown to be effective in treating emotional disorders. At present, there is no standard drug treatment for mixed anxiety-depressive disorder (MADD), and no evidence-based clinical trial has been performed for any drug, meaning MADD patients are unable to obtain standardized treatment.
