Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a high-incidence, poor-prognosis malignancy worldwide, requiring new strategies for treatment. Ubiquitination, especially ubiquitination through E3 ubiquitin ligases, plays an indispensable role in the development and progression of HCC. E3 ubiquitin ligases are crucial enzymes in ubiquitination, controlling the degradation of specific substrate proteins and influencing various cellular functions, such as tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and immune evasion.

Materials And Methods: Medline, Cochrane, EMBASE, and Google Scholar databases were searched until June 16, 2016 using the following search terms: fractional flow reserve, coronary computed tomography angiography, myocardial ischemia.
Background: Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) is correlated closely with the occurrence and development of lung cancer. FGFR1 kinase inhibitors have exhibited significant therapeutic effects against non-small-cell lung cancer. Recently, non-ATP competitive FGFR1 inhibitors have attracted extensive attention due to their low side effects.

A majority of these compounds showed remarkable inhibitions of the expression of inflammatory cytokines in LPS-stimulated macrophages. Six of them demonstrated the dose-dependent inhibition of inflammatory cytokines, and 4f is the most potent antiinflammatory compound.

Objective: To investigate the feasibility, accuracy of B ultrasound in the examination of joint space of lumbar spine facet joints compared with CT scan.
Methods: Ten healthy adult volunteers were enrolled. The joint space of lumbar facet joints was measured by ultrasound.
The modulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines provides a target for controlling inflammatory diseases and attracts much attention in current anti-inflammatory drug development. Here, four series of thiazolidinone derivatives were synthesized and screened for anti-inflammatory activities. A majority of these compounds showed excellent inhibition on the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated macrophages.

In continuation of our ongoing research, we designed and synthesized the fourth series of MCACs, whose central linker is a piperid-4-one. Their inhibitory effects against IL-6 production were evaluated in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages.

This paper was to investigate the feasibility of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) intravenous delivery to the ischemic myocardium of rats by ultrasonic microbubbles modified with heparin. Heparin modified microbubbles (HMB) were prepared by the freeze-dried method.

Background: Poloxamer 188 is a safe biocompatible polymer that can be used in protein drug delivery system.
Aim: In this study, a new heparin-poloxamer 188 conjugate (HP) was synthesized and its physicochemical properties were investigated. HP structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Hydrogen-1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ((1)H-NMR).
An in vivo study on enhancing epirubicin hydrochloride (EPI) inhibition on tumor growth by ultrasound (US) was reported. Five-week-old male nude mice were used and HL-60 cells were s.c.

Ultrasound (US) combined with phospholipid-based microbubbles (MB) was used to enhance the susceptibility of colon cancer cell line SWD-620 to anticancer drugs Topotecan hydrochloride (TOP). Experiments were designed to investigate the influence of main factors on cell viability and cell inhibition, such as US intensity, MB concentration, drug combination with MB, asynchronous action between US triggered cavitation and drug entering cell, MB particle size.
