Determination of chlordimeform and its metabolite residue in milk by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

Herein, the determination of chlordimeform and its metabolite 4-chloro-2-methylaniline residue in milk was performed for the first time using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted using acetonitrile, and cleaned using a quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe (QuEChERS) method. Separation was performed using the DB-17 MS column.

The separation of six triazole pesticide enantiomers (TPEs) by ultra-performance convergence chromatography (UPC) was attempted, and residue analytical methods for these TPEs in cucumber were established. The triazole pesticides were triadimefon, triadimenol, hexaconazole, tebuconazole, bitertanol, and myclobutanil. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up using graphitized carbon black (GCB), a Florisil-phase extraction column, and the QuEChERS method.

A method for the rapid screening of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol, 2,3-dichloro-1-propanol,3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol, and 2-monochloropropane-1,3-diol in soy sauce was developed based on dispersive solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (GC-HRMS). The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate, cleaned up using -propylethylenediamine and detected by GC-HRMS. The chloropropanols were quantified by the internal standard method.
