[Effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids ω-3 and ω-6 on angiogenesis formation in human gastric cancer].

- Results showed that ω-6 promotes the proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), while ω-3 has an inhibitory effect; the effects were concentration-dependent.
- The findings include that PGE2 from ω-6 enhances HUVEC activity, while PGE3 from ω-3 decreases it, indicating different roles of these metabolites in angiogenesis related to gastric cancer.
