Objective: To delve deeper into the study of degenerative diseases, it becomes imperative to investigate whether deep-learning reconstruction (DLR) can improve the evaluation of white matter hyperintensity (WMH) on 3.0T scanners, and compare its lesion detection capabilities with conventional reconstruction (CR).
Methods: A total of 131 participants (mean age, 46 years ±17; 46 men) were included in the study.
In this study, two polysaccharide fractions (TSP-1 and TSP-2) were isolated from Toona sinensis leaves. The physicochemical properties and solution conformations of TSP-1 and TSP-2 were investigated. DSC and TG results showed that TSP-1 and TSP-2 had thermal stability.

Autophagy, as an adaptive response, has been regarded as an active process of removing the inflammatory stimulus and restoring homeostatic balance. Resolution of inflammation is a biochemical process mediated by the so-called aspirin-triggered specialized proresolving lipid mediators (AT-SPMs), which are thought to exert protective effects in NP.

At a mechanistic level, PE is characterized by reduced invasion ability of trophoblasts. Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 (CTHRC1) is a well-known tumor-promoting factor in several malignant tumors, but its role in trophoblasts remains unknown.

Structural analyses indicated that both polysaccharide fractions were heteropolysaccharides, their average molecular weights were 193 kDa and 107 kDa, respectively. The backbone of WXA-1 was → 4)-β-d-Xylp-(1→, which was substituted at O-3 positions by arabinose, glucose and galactose residues, while the backbone of AXA-1 was → 4)-β-d-Xylp-(1→, which was mainly substituted at O-3 positions by arabinose.

The content of OSA had significant influence on the DS of starch, and DS of HMT OSA-modified SPS (HOSA-SPS) was higher than that of OSA-modified SPS (OSA-SPS), indicating that prior HMT could enhance the reaction. HOSA-SPS showed higher contents of SDS and RS in comparison with OSA-SPS as OSA concentration was beyond 6%.
