Efficacy and safety of first-line immune checkpoint inhibitor combination therapies in patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: a network meta-analysis.

Background: We performed a network meta-analysis of phase III trials to compare the efficacy and safety of first-line regimens for patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).

Methods: A systematic review and Bayesian network meta-analysis were conducted by retrieving relevant literature from PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and the Web of Science. We included published sources of randomized clinical trials comparing immunotherapy combinations for treating advanced ESCC.

Litchi chinensis Sonn (Litchi) has been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopeia, and is an economically and medicinally valuable species within the family Sapindaceae. The predominant objective of this study was to establish the fingerprint profile of litchi leaves and to evaluate the relationship between the components of the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint of litchi leaves, assess its hypoglycemic effect by measuring α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibition, and find the spectrum-effect relationship of litchi leaves by bivariate correlation analysis, Grey relational analysis and partial least squares regression analysis.
