Second-order (inertial) neurodynamic approaches are excellent tools for solving convex optimization problems in an accelerated manner, while the majority of existing approaches to neurodynamic approaches focus on unconstrained and simple constrained convex optimization problems. This paper presents a centralized primal - dual projection neurodynamic approach with time scaling (CPDPNA-TS). Built upon the heavy - ball method, this approach is tailored for convex optimization problems characterized by set and affine constraints, which contains a second-order projection ODE (ordinary differential equation) with derivative feedback for the primal variables and a first-order ODE for the dual variables.

FCS-like zinc finger (FLZ) proteins are plant-specific regulatory proteins, which contain a highly conserved FLZ domain, and they play critical roles in plant growth and stress responses. Although the family has been systematically characterized in certain plants, it remains underexplored in species, which are vital sources of vegetables, edible oils, and condiments for human consumption and are highly sensitive to various abiotic stresses. Following the whole-genome triplication events (WGT) in , elucidating how the genes have expanded, differentiated, and responded to abiotic stresses is valuable for uncovering the genetic basis and functionality of these genes.

  • Berberine (BBR) is an alkaloid derived from Chinese herbs that shows promise in reducing lung injury and mortality in mice suffering from influenza viral pneumonia by targeting the NLRP3 inflammasome.
  • Research indicates that BBR helps mitigate the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome through the induction of mitophagy, which is the process of clearing damaged mitochondria.
  • The study's results reveal that inhibiting autophagy reverses the protective effects of BBR, highlighting the importance of mitophagy in its mechanism of action against inflammation and mitochondrial damage in infected macrophages.
