View Article and Find Full Text PDFA Tm(III)-rich silicotungstate Na{Tm(HO)[Tm(HO)(SiWO)]}·35HO () based on the open Wells-Dawson-type [SiWO] building unit was synthesized by the reaction of Na[α-SiWO]·18HO, itaconic acid, and TmCl in a HAc/NaAc buffer solution. Five kinds of Tm(III) ions were found in this compound and further linked the {TmSiW} subunit to form an interesting wavy 1D chain structure, which achieved the introduction of more lanthanide (Ln) ions into the [SiWO] unit for the first time. contains multiple exposed Tm-metal active sites, making it an efficient catalyst for the acetalization of 2-aminobenzamides/2-aminobenzenesulphonamides with aldehydes.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: To investigate the effect of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) on pulmonary oligometastases and to analyze the clinical factors and dose parameters affecting local recurrence-free survival (LRFS) and overall survival (OS).
Methods: This study retrospectively enrolled a total of 84 patients (148 lesions) treated in our department from May 2015 to November 2018. Pulmonary oligometastases was defined as up to 5 metastatic lesions in the lung and with both the primary tumor and any extra-thoracic metastases being controlled.
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy differences between regular acupuncture combined with acupuncture at trigone of urinary bladder and simple regular acupuncture for treatment of urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury.
Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. The control group was treated with regular acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zusanli (ST 36), Zhongwan (CV 12) and Tianshu (ST 25), etc.
Staphylococcal food poisoning is one of the most common foodborne diseases worldwide; it results from the ingestion of staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) in food, mainly Staphylococcus aureus. This study investigated the statistical relationships among morphological enumerations of food-derived S. aureus and production of SEs using different methodologies.
