Objective: To study the expression and clinical importance of CD4T, CD8T cells, and CD4T/CD8T cell percentage in gastric cancer (GC) patients.
Methods: The blood count of CD4T and CD8T lymphocytes was ascertained via flow cytometry before surgery in 93 GC patients undergoing gastrectomy. The CD4T, CD8T, and Foxp3T lymphocytes in cancerous and normal adjacent tissues and the presence of PD-L1 in cancerous tissues were detected via immunohistochemistry.

Aerogels, with porous channels for water supply and vapor escape, can provide many inherent advantages in solar desalination and wastewater treatment. For the first time, this work demonstrates the preparation of a novel three-dimensional (3D) MoS-based aerogel with high porosity and mechanical stability by a facile strategy for solar desalination. This 3D MoS aerogel has an excellent light-absorbing efficiency of over 95% within the whole solar spectrum range, enabling a high evaporation efficiency of 88.
