This study investigated the adverse effects of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) on mouse primary hepatocytes by conducting cell viability, apoptosis, intracellular oxidative stress level, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activity and glutathione level assays.
