In this study, two types of liquid alkali-free accelerators were prepared by aluminum sulfate (AF) and aluminum mud wastes (AF), and the life cycle assessment (LCA) in the preparation of AF and AF was compared. The LCA was considered from cradle to gate including raw materials used, transportation, and accelerator preparation based on the method ReCiPe2016. To examine the possible miRNA molecular regulatory mechanisms during maternal uterine involution after delivery, we selected ovary and uterus tissues that are structurally connected as experimental materials. We employed Illumina HiSeq sequencing to screen and analyze the quantity and characteristics of miRNA in postpartum ewes in the methylergometrine-treated group and physiological saline control group. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis, and there are no effective molecular-targeted drugs for TNBC patients in clinical practice. The JAK-STAT pathway is implicated in tumorigenesis and the progression of various cancers. In this study, the results demonstrated that VGLL4 is expressed at low levels in both TNBC specimens and cell lines and that VGLL4 expression is negatively correlated with Ki67 expression and tumor size in TNBC patients.

Lymph node stages (pN stages) are primary contributors to survival heterogeneity of the 7 AJCC staging system for colorectal cancer (CRC), indicating spaces for modifications. To implement the modifications, we selected eligible CRC patients from the Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database as participants in a training (n = 6675) and a test cohort (n = 6760), and verified tumor deposits to be metastatic lymph nodes to derive modified lymph node count (mLNC), lymph node ratio (mLNR), and positive lymph node count (mPLNC). After multivariate Cox regression analyses with forward stepwise elimination of the mLNC and mPLNC for the training cohort, a nomogram was constructed to predict overall survival (OS) via incorporating preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen, pT stages, negative lymph node count, mLNR and metastasis.
