An Optical Fiber Sensing Method for Measuring the Surface Flatness of an Object.

Sensing of data or object is a mature research domain where intelligent devices, may possibly be embedded with the artificial intelligence-based techniques, are placed in the closed vicinity of the object or phenomenon. This sensing activity becomes more complex if it is related to the measurements of an object which is required to be accurate and precise. In this paper, the reflection interference spectrum method is used to measure the flatness of the surface of the object.
