Objectives: The accurate assessment of lymph node metastasis (LNM) can facilitate clinical decision-making on radiotherapy or radical hysterectomy (RH) in cervical adenocarcinoma (AC)/adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC). This study aims to develop a deep learning radiomics nomogram (DLRN) to preoperatively evaluate LNM in cervical AC/ASC.
Materials And Methods: A total of 652 patients from a multicenter were enrolled and randomly allocated into primary, internal, and external validation cohorts.
Objective: To explore the risk factors for pulmonary bacterial infection (PBI) after lung transplantation (LTX) and to evaluate the impact of PBI on short-term postoperative mortality.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data on 549 recipients who underwent LTX at the Affiliated Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, China, between January 2018 and December 2021. The risk factors for PBI after LTX were explored by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression.
Background: This study aimed to explore the molecular mechanism through which circular RNA of ataxin 7 (circATXN7) regulates the proliferation and invasion of esophageal cancer (EC) cells via microRNA (miR)-4319/NLR family CARD domain containing 5 (NLRC5).
Methods: The localization of circATXN7 in EC cells was determined by RNA fluorescent in situ hybridization (RNA-FISH). The mRNA levels of circATXN7, miR-4319, and NLRC5 were quantified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reactions.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in staging and treatment of cervical cancer in pregnancy, and to evaluate the benefit of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) during neoadjuvant chemotherapy management.
Materials And Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study. Patients were divided into two groups according to the stage of cervical cancer.
Unlabelled: Previous studies have shown that the gut microbiota and its metabolites are associated with the success of organ transplantation. However, the specific changes in the gut microbiota of lung transplant patients remain unclear. Hence, this study aimed to elucidate the interplay between the gut microbiota, metabolome, and lung transplantation outcomes.

Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are a potential solution to this problem, as PGPR increases crop yield through improving soil fertility and stress resistance. Previous studies have shown that ZS-3(ZS-3) can effectively help plants tolerate salinity stress.

Anthocyanins are important health-promoting flavonoid compounds that substantially contribute to fruit quality. Anthocyanin biosynthesis and most regulatory mechanisms are relatively well understood. However, the functions of anthocyanin transport genes in strawberry fruit remain unclear.

Thus, the accurate assessment of DSI in cervical adenocarcinoma (AC)/adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) can facilitate optimal therapy decision.
Purpose: To develop a nomogram to identify DSI in cervical AC/ASC.
Objective: This study aimed to assess the response of combretastatin-A4-phosphate (CA4P) in rabbit VX2 liver tumors using intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted MRI (IVIM DW-MRI).
Methods: Forty rabbits with implanted VX2 liver tumors underwent baseline MRI and were then given 10 mg/kg CA4P (n=20) or saline (n=20). After 4 h, 10 rabbits from each group underwent an MRI examination and were then sacrificed.
Objective: This study assesses the impact of iodine-rich processed foods and dining places on the iodine nutritional status of children.
Methods: School-aged children (SAC) in seven provinces in China were selected by school-based multi-stage sampling. Urinary iodine, salt iodine, and thyroid volume (TVOL) were determined.
Ovarian granulosa cell tumor (OGCT) is a relatively rare ovarian tumor originating from ovarian sex cord-stromal cells. It is generally believed that the tumor is mainly a solid mass in the early stage, and with the volume increasing, the tumor would undergo multiple cystic changes. But few such cases have been reported.

Methods: Determination of circATXN7 expression in esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent tissueswas carried out using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and we further analyzed the correlation between patients' clinical characteristics and circATXN7 expression. EC cell lines (EC-9706, Eca-109, TE-1, KYSE-30, and KYSE-150) and normal esophageal cell line (HET-1A) were cultured, and circATXN7 expression was detected by qRT-PCR.
Background: Metformin (Met) has antitumor effects on various cancers, but it is still unclear whether it exerts a reversible effect on endocrine resistance in breast cancer (BC) patients. In the present survey, metformin's effects on tamoxifen-resistant MCF cells (The cell line was established at the Michigan Cancer Foundation, hence the name MCF cell) were evaluated and the molecular mechanism was explored.
Methods: We constructed a tamoxifen-resistant BC cell line MCF-7R, then applied Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8), flow cytometry, and EdU assessments to determine the growth and apoptosis of MCF-7R cells.
Background: Malnutrition, metabolism stress, inflammation, peripheral organs dysfunction, and B vitamins deficiency significantly contribute to the progression and mortality of Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, it is unclear which blood biochemical indicators are most closely related to cognitive decline and B vitamins deficiency (thiamine, folate, vitamin B12) in patients with AD.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional study of 206 AD patients recruited from six hospitals in China.
Objectives: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal disease with no curative treatment up to now. This study aims to analyze ALS progression of patients treated with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF), as well as the effects, side effects, and adverse events of the therapy.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective, observational study was performed including 94 patients with ALS from July 2020 to July 2021.
Nickel-based selenides are believed to be promising non-precious metal electrocatalysts, and have been widely used for both oxygen evolution reactions (OER) and hydrogen evolution reactions (HER). Here, we control the aging time to prepare NiSe with different fractal structures as a bifunctional catalyst. An obtained sample with an aging time of 80 min shows outstanding electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reactions (HER) with an overpotential of 225 mV (η@10 mA/cm) and for oxygen evolution reactions (OER) with an overpotential of 309 mV (η@50 mA/cm).

The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a simple emerging indicator of inflammation. We aimed to assess the potential association between NLR and histological severity of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

However, there are limited data on its role in patients who have received a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). We aimed to determine the utility of PMD in predicting mortality of patients with TIPS implantation and to compare the clinical value of PMD, Child-Pugh score, model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score, and MELD paired with serum sodium measurement (MELD-Na) score in predicting post-TIPS survival in 1 year.

Three-way concept analysis (3WCA) is extended research of formal concept analysis (FCA) by combining three-way decision. The three-way object oriented concept lattice (OEOL) is one of the important data structures which integrates rough set, concept lattice and three-way decision in 3WCA. In the paper, we investigate the characteristics of formal context based on the isomorphic relationship among the kinds of concept lattices with OEOL.

However, the roles of neurofilaments, especially blood neurofilaments, in the prognosis of ALS are inconsistent. We performed a meta-analysis to explore the prognostic roles of blood neurofilaments in ALS patients.
