Light-driven photoredox catalysis presents a promising approach for the activation and conversion of methane (CH) into high value-added chemicals under ambient conditions. However, the high C-H bond dissociation energy of CH and the absence of well-defined C-H activation sites on catalysts significantly limit the highly efficient conversion of CH toward multicarbon (C) hydrocarbons, particularly ethylene (CH). Cryoablation is a therapeutic modality for lung adenocarcinoma that destroys target tumors using lethal levels of cold, resulting in the release of large amounts of specific antigens that activate immune responses. However, tumor immune checkpoint escape mechanisms prevent these released self-antigens from inducing effective anti-tumor immune responses. Based on the association network of "drug pair-disease", the effect characteristics of Astragali Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma drug pair in the treatment of ischemic stroke(IS) with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and the matching mechanism of the two were explored. Through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP) and SwissTargetPrediction Database, the effective chemical components of the drug pair were screened, and the candidate targets were predicted. SD rats were randomized into sham, MCAO(model), and tetramethylpyrazine(TMP, 20 mg·kg~(-1) and 40 mg·kg~(-1)) groups.
