Cuproptosis exhibits enormous application prospects in treatment. However, cuproptosis-based therapy is impeded by the limited intracellular copper ions, the nonspecific delivery, uncontrollable release, and chelation of endogenous overproduced glutathione (GSH). In this work, an ultrasound-triggered nanosonosensitizer (p-TiO-Cu(I)) was constructed for Cu(I) delivery, on-demand release, GSH consumption, and deeper tissue response.

The single-luminophore-based ratiometric electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor coupling bidirectional regulator has become a research hotspot in the detection field because of its simplicity and accuracy. However, the limited bidirectional regulator hinders its further development. In this study, by leveraging the robust predictive capabilities of machine learning, we prepared an Fe-based metal-organic framework (FeMOF) as a bidirectional regulator for modulating the dual-emission ECL signals of a single luminophore for the first time.

Using the e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, at center-of-mass energies from the threshold to 4.95 GeV, we present precise measurements of the cross section for the process e^{+}e^{-}→D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} using a single-tag method. The resulting cross section line shape exhibits several new structures, thereby offering an input for a future coupled-channel analysis and model tests, which are critical to understand vector charmonium-like states with masses between 4 and 5 GeV.

The interactions between the carbon skeleton and the metal atoms of a binary transition metal carbide (BTMC) are particular interest for industrial applications with openning physics and chemitry questions, especially in magnetoelectric (ME) functional materials and cemented carbides. Chromium and carbon BTMCs are a series of intermetallic compounds with typical chemical formulas and sharepolycrystalline powder c somehromium special characteristics.and carbon as precursors, In this paper, and synthesized s we usedingle-phase bluk Cr7C3 (orthorhombic, with space group: Pnma) with high density and good crystallinity by means of high-temperature and high-pressure quenching method (HTHPQM).

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a highly heterogeneous disorder, with notable variations among cases in structural brain abnormalities. To address this heterogeneity, our study aimed to delineate OCD subtypes based on individualized gray matter morphological differences. We recruited 100 untreated, first-episode OCD patients and 106 healthy controls for structural imaging scans.
