Recent studies have demonstrated the reparative potential of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells in addressing skin damage, while specific reports highlight their efficacy in ameliorating skin photoaging. However, the precise role of exosomes derived from human hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells (HFMSC-Exos) in the context of cutaneous photoaging remains largely unexplored.

In this study, we designed a deep learning model based on a coattention mechanism that was capable of both PPI and site prediction and used this model as the foundation for PPI-CoAttNet, a user-friendly, multifunctional web server for PPI prediction.

In this investigation, the influence of organic amendment on the structural and functional dynamics of soil microbial communities and its effect on rice productivity were examined. Five fertilization treatments from a 40-year field experiment were selected: no fertilizer (CK), inorganic NPK fertilizer (NPK), inorganic NPK combined with green manure (NG), inorganic NPK combined with green manure and pig manure (NGM), and inorganic NPK combined with green manure and rice straw (NGS). The findings revealed that the organic amendment enhanced the soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) levels, alongside an increase in rice yield; notably, the most significant improvements were observed with the NGM treatment.

Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation leads to the degradation of the extracellular matrix and collagen, thereby accelerating skin aging and imposing substantial psychological burden on patients. Current anti-aging strategies are limited and often associated with high costs or strong side effects. Plant-derived extracellular vesicle-like nanovesicles, with advantages such as natural availability and cost-effectiveness, show potential in anti-aging interventions.
