Jamestown Canyon virus (JtCV) is an arbovirus and a member of the California serogroup. To our knowledge, all the cases of JtCV have been reported in immunocompetent patients since it was first detected in 1997. We report a case of JtCV encephalitis in a solid organ transplant patient.

Large upper gastro intestinal (GI) bleeding can be life-threatening. Splenic artery pseudoaenurysm (SAP) is rare but can cause massive upper GI bleeding. We report a case of a 57-year-old woman who had massive upper GI bleeding from SAP eroding into distal duodenum.

Introduction: Danon disease is an X-linked lysosomal condition that causes a deficiency of lysosome-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) gene. It is characterized clinically by a triad of skeletal myopathy, cardiomyopathy, and intellectual disability.

Methods: We examined clinical, echocardiographic, and genetic data on 5 patients with Danon disease, highlighting their clinical course and outcomes.
