Determinants of sharia life insurance productivity in Indonesia.

This study examines the productivity and factors influencing the productivity of Sharia-compliant life insurance businesses in Indonesia over six years, from 2014 to 2019. A Two-Stage Malmquist Productivity Index was utilized. The first stage examined productivity using the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) method, while the second used the panel data regression method to identify the factors influencing productivity.

Livelihood strategies of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Women entrepreneurship is an essential source of economic growth and sustainable development. This study aims to identify the relationship between the five variables of pentagon assets in Sustainable Livelihoods to investigate the survival strategy of women entrepreneurs during COVID-19 in Indonesia. Furthermore, this study aims to build an integrative Women Entrepreneur's Sustainable Livelihoods model based on volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).

Integrating sustainable Islamic social finance: An Analytical Network Process using the Benefit Opportunity Cost Risk (ANP BOCR) framework: The case of Indonesia.

The utilization of Islamic social finance instruments is far behind what is expected. To realize its full potential, Islamic social finance instruments must be integrated. This study examined solutions and priority strategies for integrating sustainable Islamic social finance that could be implemented in the short and long term using the Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (BOCR) framework, which includes six aspects: Governance, sustainable financing, institutional aspect, human resources, regulations, and supporting technology.
