Background: COVID-19 vaccines are well tolerated and effective but may have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system. Vaccine-associated myocardial injury was analysed by measuring high-sensitive troponin T (hsTnT); mid-regional pro-adrenomedullin (MR-proADM) levels were evaluated to assess endothelial dysfunction.
Methods: This was a prospective study with a vulnerable population of healthcare workers (HCWs) and elderly patients (>70 years) who were vaccinated with either one dose of ChAdOx1 nCov-19 adenoviral vector vaccine (AZ) followed by one dose of the BNT162b2 messenger RNA vaccine (BNT), or with two doses of BNT (12th of January - 30th of November 2021).
Introduction: Children are at greatest risk for severe illness from Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). The aim of the study was to find out the knowledge of RSV, practice and knowledge about vaccination during pregnancy and the willingness to accept vaccines against RSV during pregnancy in the future among mothers needs to be understood which would add up information for stakeholder and policy makers.
Methods: A preformed Performa was used for face-to-face interview was conducted among 340 pregnant women who visited the Antenatal clinic from 15-Oct-2023 to 30-Nov-2023 in their second and third trimester.
The European Society of Cardiology issued updated syncope guidelines in 2018 which included recommendations for managing syncope in the emergency department (ED) setting. However, these guidelines lack detailed process-oriented instructions regarding the fact that ED syncope patients initially present with a transient loss of consciousness (TLOC), which can have a broad spectrum of causes. This study aims to establish a European consensus on the general process of the workup and care for patients with suspected syncope and provides rules for sufficient and systematic management of the broad group of syncope (initially presenting as TLOC) patients in the ED.

Methods: Thirteen doctoral student therapists conducted psychodynamic psychotherapy with 63 clients in a community clinic.
Results: Therapists who had dreams about clients had higher estimated and actual dream recall than did therapists who did not dream about clients.
