Introduction: Trypan Blue is an acid azo dye commonly used as a stain to distinguish viable from non-viable cells. It is a vital stain used intra operatively during cataract surgery to stain the external surface of the anterior lens capsule for better visualization.
Aim: To analyze the histomorphological effects of trypan blue on Lens Epithelial cells and the Basement Membrane on direct exposure by staining the internal surface of the anterior lens capsule during Small Incision Cataract Surgery.
Presenting a case of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, benign cystic teratoma of one ovary, fibrothecoma in the other ovary and adenomyosis in the uterus. Such a combination of synchronous lesion is very rare and is not reported in the English medical literature.

This tumour is characterised microscopically by admixture of three components- epithelial cells arranged in tubules and nests, angiomyomatous stroma and capillary sized interconnecting vascular channels in close association with the epithelial cell clusters. Microscopically it has wide range of differential diagnoses which include mixed epithelial and stromal tumour of kidney, angiomyolipoma and clear cell renal cell carcinoma with angiomyolipomatous/angiomyoadenomatous areas.

Paclitaxel based neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen (NAT) in the setting of locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) can render inoperable tumor (T4, N2/N3) resectable. The aim of this study was to assess the status of carcinoma in the breast and lymph nodes after paclitaxel based NAT in order to find out the patient and the tumor characteristics that correspond to the pathological responses which could be used as a surrogate biomarker to assess the treatment response.

The present study was undertaken to elucidate the cytological features of MEC and explore the diagnostic accuracy and pitfalls by comparing with subsequent histopathology.
Materials And Methods: The present study was conducted over a period of 2 years wherein we obtained six histopathologically confirmed cases of MEC.
We are reporting a case of Mullerianosis, which presented as a multiloculated cystic mass on the serosal surface of the fundus of the uterus. Clinically and radiologically, this was interpreted as an ovarian tumor. Mullerianosis is a very rare benign tumor-like lesion.

The objectives of our study were to create a database of breast cancer patients in Central Kerala between January 2010 and December 2012 and analyze the proportions of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor positivity in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with breast cancer.
Methods: Estrogen and progesterone receptor status were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.

Sex-cord stromal tumors constitute 8% of ovarian tumors, fibroma being the commonest, comprising 70% in this category. Combination of different types of tumors can occur in ovary with most common being Mucinous cystadenoma and Brenner tumour.

Here, a case of microfilaria in lymph node that produced intense eosinophil infiltrate is being reported. The dense eosinophil collection in the lymph node raised a possibility of Kimura's disease because no worms were seen in the initial sectioning of the tissue.
