TREATMENT OPTION TO THE FERTILITY-SPARING RADICAL TRACHELECTOMY AFTER NEOADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER WITH TUMOR SIZE >2CM.

Radical trachelectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy (PLND) has been used to treat early stage cervical cancer patients who wish to preserve their fertility. But vaginal, abdominal, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches used for radical trachelectomy with pelvic PLND cause peritoneal damage, which could result in periadnexal adhesion. Here, we propose the neoadjuvant platinum based chemotherapy (NACT) with the vaginal radical trachelectomy with retroperitoneal PLND as a fertility-preserving option for early stage cervical cancer patients.

The article is devoted to clinical--economic analysis of modern diagnostic technology--magnetocardiography by analyzing the "cost-effectiveness". Economic effectiveness of diagnosis of coronary artery disease using magnetocardiography in terms of cost/effectivness is shown. [SURGICAL TREATMENT OUTCOME IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER AND CONCOMITANT LIVER METASTASES].

Colorectal cancer with synchronous liver metastasis (sm-CRC) is extremely unfavorable prognostic factor. Surgery remains is most effective method, able to extend the life of these patients. [Combination of in-situ hepatic split and portal ligation in patients with colorectal cancer and metastatic hepatic spread].

In up to 50% of patients, suffering colorectal cancer (CRC), a hepatic metastatic affection was revealed, in 20-34% of them the metastases have occurred synchroniously with primary tumor. [A cytofluorimetric study of the stability of the DNA secondary structure in the epithelial cells of adenocarcinomas of the large intestine].

Investigation was carried out on the epithelial cells obtained from 32 patients with benign and malignant tumors of large intestine aged from 42 to 80 years. Ratio of single-stranded and double-stranded DNAs in the epithelial cells of unchanged colorectal mucosa (12 patterns), adenomatous polyps (4) and adenocarcinomas (29) was studied using fluorimetric analysis. Increased instability of DNA secondary structure was revealed in the tumor cells comparing to the cells of unchanged colorectal epithelium.
