[Sarcoid granuloma of the myocardium].

Report on the course of disease in a female patient with myocardial sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis was detected in the age of 38 years by reason of acute symptoms. The conditions improved markedly as a result of treatment, nevertheless some complaints persisted referring to a chronic course of the disease.

[Hilar lymph node swelling as a reaction to BCG-hypersensitivity (author's transl)].

Report on an uncommon reaction to BCG-vaccination in a 7 years old child. A general BCG-allergy occurred manifesting by far extended alterations of the skin and by swelling of the hilar lymph nodes. In connection with this case the author recommends to apply only the intracutaneous testing in tuberculin diagnostics.

Report on a case of Diabetes insipidus associated with Hamman-Rich-Syndrome. The importance of early lung biopsy is stressed for the analysis of this case.
