Urolithiasis prevalence in the Russian Federation: analysis of trends over a 15-year period.

Purpose: To conduct a comparative analysis of the prevalence of urolithiasis in the Russian Federation.

Methods: We analysed urolithiasis prevalence and incidence data from 2005 to 2019 (15 years) for the entire population of Russia. Data were provided by the 'Ministry of Health' of the Russian Federation.

[Gut microbiome: from the reference of the norm to pathology].

А systemic assessment of the state of the human intestinal microbiome was carried out in relation to its function in the macroorganism, aimed at providing the nutriome, and the factors that determine the adequate nutritional status. A new concept of "reference gut microbiome of a healthy person" was postulated and the requirements to it were formulated: interaction with the host according to the principle of mutualism, provision of immune balance with the macroorganism due to the correct formation of mucosal immunity, implementation of metabolic and regulatory functions without losses for the nutriome. A set of characteristics and biomarkers reflecting the taxonomic composition and population properties of the microbial community, as well as the state of its essential immune and metabolic functions, was proposed as a criterion for its assessment in healthy adults who consume a diet balanced in nutritive and energy value, appropriate for age and energy spending.

[An influence of herbal plant based on the combination of natural terpenes, vitamin and essential oil on the spontaneous stone passage after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy].

Introduction: There are more than 20 drugs, that are widely used as medical expulsive therapy after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Herbal plants are actively used along with the drug therapy in order to improve the efficiency of the treatment.

Purpose Of The Study: to evaluate the efficiency of the drug "Renotinex" in patients with kidney stones, as medical expulsive therapy.

[Genetic and biochemical features of the monogenic hereditary urolithiasis].

Urolithiasis is a common urological problem. In most cases, this multifactorial pathology develops due to the combination of inherited low-penetrance gene variants and environment factors such as urinary tract infections and unbalanced diet. However, some cases are monogenic.

[The incidence of acute urinary retention as an indicator of the quality of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia].

Aim: To evaluate the incidence of acute urinary retention as an indicator of the quality of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by the example of "Urology" Program implemented in the Voronezh region.

Materials And Methods: As part of the program "Urology", the incidence of AUR was used as an indicator of quality of care for patients with BPH. Urological health care for patients with BPH was provided within a three-stage model.
