Effective drug delivery is the cornerstone of modern healthcare, ensuring therapeutic compounds reach their intended targets efficiently. This paper explores the potential of personalized and holistic healthcare, driven by the synergy between traditional and allopathic medicine systems, with a specific focus on the vast reservoir of medicinal compounds found in plants rooted in the historical legacy of traditional medicine. Motivated by the desire to unlock the therapeutic potential of medicinal plants and bridge the gap between traditional and allopathic medicine, this survey delves into in-silico computational approaches for studying Drug-Target Interactions (DTI) within the contexts of allopathy and siddha medicine.

The one-year intervention involved six nutrient-rich formulations of millet-pulse-groundnut-based products suited to local taste preferences. Anthropometric measurements of height, weight, and mid-upper-arm circumference (MUAC) along with haemoglobin (Hb) levels were monitored at baseline and endline.

Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of human lives for communication, education, and entertainment activities. This study aims to evaluate the diversity pattern of bacterial contaminants on mobiles and to check antibiotic resistance profiles in 105 samples. The study revealed a contamination of 51% in men and 49% in women, the highest in the 21- to 30-year age group, evidencing the extreme use of mobiles by teenagers.

The present study was done to compare the efficacy of dexmedetomidine nebulization with intravenous dexmedetomidine and fentanyl in laparoscopic surgeries under general anesthesia.
Methods: A prospective, double blind study was conducted, and 90 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I and II patients of either gender between 18-65 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under general anesthesia were randomized into three groups.
Background And Aims: In percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), distension of renal capsule, pelvicalyceal system and nephrostomy tube causes intense postoperative pain. The present study was done to compare the efficacy of peritubal infiltration of Ropivacaine with Dexmedetomidine and ultrasound guided single level T10 paravertebral block for post-operative analgesia in patients undergoing PCNL.
Material And Methods: A prospective, double blind study was conducted on 60 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I and II patients of either gender between 18-65 years undergoing PCNL who were randomized into 3 groups.
Background & Objectives: : There is a paucity of information on association between dental fluorosis, osteoporosis and periodontitis. The aim of this pilot study was to evaluate oestrogen receptor (ER).
Rsa 1: gene polymorphism in osteoporosis periodontitis patients with and without dental fluorosis.
Aim: To correlate the possible association between melasma, periodontitis, vitamin D abnormalities, and anemia.
Materials And Methods: A total of 192 subjects, of either gender within the age group of 30 to 70 years were divided equally into two groups, group I (case group, patients with melasma) and group II (control group, patients without melasma). In all the subjects, anemia and periodontitis were checked clinically, along with biochemical evaluation of serum vitamin D levels and hemoglobin (Hb) percentage.
Introduction: Oral mucositis is an unavoidable complication occurring during the treatment of cancer by radiotherapy, concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT), or chemotherapy. This is a painful sequelae, significantly affecting the nutritional intake and quality of life.
Materials And Methods: A multicentric cross-sectional study was done at four cancer centers in Hyderabad.
Muskmelon (Cucumis melo L) is an important tropical fruit cultivated widely in different parts of India. Fresh muskmelon has a delicate but characteristic flavor rendering the fruit with highly acceptable flavor. Processing and preservation of muskmelon puree requires thermal processing, which affects the volatile constituents.

Aqueous silver ions (Ag(+)) when exposed to the culture filtrate of Westiellopsis were reduced in the solution, which were characterized by biophysical measures utilizing the UV-Vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and FTIR.

Because many of these properties are associated with the envelope proteins of HIV-1, it is of interest to study the envelope proteins of Indian clade C isolates as part of the ongoing efforts to develop a vaccine against HIV-1. To this end, we purified trimeric uncleaved gp145 of a CCR5 tropic Indian clade C HIV-1 (93IN101) from the conditioned medium of 293 cells.
