Primary ovarian twin pregnancy with one fetus progressing to term: case report and review of literature.

A case of primary ovarian twin pregnancy is presented. A 30-year-old woman, gravida 3 para 2, was admitted to Medical College Hospital, Jabalpur, for postdated pregnancy with intrauterine fetal demise. Ultrasonography showed a break in the continuity of the uterus suggestive of a ruptured uterus.
