Determination of antimicrobic activity of the preparations of Metrogyl denta, Cholisal and Solcoseryl on the complex culture of microorganisms employing the developed procedure was carried out. Degree of the antimicrobic action manifestation of each preparation was revealed.

[Modelling of photoinducted diffusion of antimicrobial preparations in gingival tissues and face skin].

The study was made of laser radiation influence upon diffusion speed of medicines applied on tissue surface. Photophoresis use allow to increase diffusion speed of medicines applied on parodontal tissues and face skin during photophoresis process.

[Photophoresis and mesophotophoresis of angioprotectant group preparations for comprehensive treatment of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis].

Examination of 118 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis of medium and heavy severity was performed and treatment was elaborated with the use of laser therapy and angioprotectants' photophoresis and mesophotophoresis. Use of the mentioned physical and physical-pharmacological methods in comprehensive cure let to shorten the course of treatment and increase remission duration.

[Gel Metrogil Denta photopheresis use in comprehensive treatment of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis].

115 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis of middle or severe degree were examined and for them special treatment was developed with laser therapy and photophoresis use. The application of mentioned above physical and pharmacological methods in comprehensive treatment let to shorten the course of treatment and prolong the remission time.

[Photophoresis of oxolin ointment in combined therapy of patients with chronic relapsing aphthous stomatitis].

Significant improvement of microcirculation and tissue immunity was found in 75 patients with chronic recurrent aphtous stomatitis treated with photophoresis of 0.25% oxolin ointment on the site of the disease focus.

[Experience in irradiating with helium-neon lasers to treat patients with relapsing aphthous stomatitis].

Seventy-five patients with relapsing aphthous stomatitis (41 with the fibrinous form, 25 with glandular form, and 9 with necrotic form) were treated using He-Ne laser and a photosensitizer. A good therapeutic effect was attained.
