Introduction: Pneumococcal diseases pose a significant public health concern in India, with substantial morbidity and mortality, with the elderly and those with coexisting medical conditions being most at risk. Pneumococcus was also seen to be one of the main reasons for co-infection, pneumonia and complications in COVID. Current guidelines recommend vaccination for specific adult populations, but there is a lack of uniformity and guidance on risk stratification, prioritisation and optimal timing.

Secondary objectives were to compare the effects of atorvastatin 40mg vs 80mg on HDL-C and triglycerides and also comparing of side effects (myopathy, hepatotoxicity and new onset diabetes mellitus) of both doses.
Method: This Study is A Prospective, randomized, open-label, comparative study.
Objectives: The sex cord stromal tumors (SCST) account for approximately 7% of all malignant ovarian tumors. They are endocrinologically active tumors of which granulosa cell tumors are the commonest. We describe an analysis of all cases of SCST managed, in our department over the last five years and discuss two cases of unusual presentation of these tumors.
