Background: Cardiovascular (CV) disease is common among men with prostate cancer and the leading cause of death in this population. There is a need for CV risk assessment tools that can be easily implemented in the prostate cancer treatment setting.
Methods: Consecutive patients who underwent positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for recurrent prostate cancer at a single institution from 2012 to 2017 were identified retrospectively.
Background: Accurate automated wide QRS complex tachycardia (WCT) differentiation into ventricular tachycardia (VT) and supraventricular wide complex tachycardia (SWCT) can be accomplished using calculations derived from computerized electrocardiogram (ECG) data of paired WCT and baseline ECGs.
Objective: Develop and trial novel WCT differentiation approaches for patients with and without a corresponding baseline ECG.
Methods: We developed and trialed WCT differentiation models comprised of novel and previously described parameters derived from WCT and baseline ECG data.
Unlabelled: To describe the infectious complications and interleukin-6 trajectories in mechanically ventilated patients with coronavirus disease 2019.
Design: Retrospective cohort study.
Setting: ICUs at Washington University-Barnes Jewish Hospital in St.
