Autoimmune Hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic liver disease Characterized by interface hepatitis, lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate, and hepatic rosettes. HIV infection is a state of immunosuppression; hence, the possibility of AIH is relatively rare, especially in patients with low CD4 counts.
