Materials And Methods: A total of 30 patients reporting to Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and having bilateral mandibular third molar impaction in both male and female aged between 18 and 30 years were included in this study. PRF and PRP were placed in extraction site and recalled at 2(nd), 4(th), and 6(th) month postoperatively.
Mature cystic teratomas or dermoid cysts are among the most common ovarian tumors; however, teratomas of extragonadal origin are extremely rare. The most common extragonadal site of these teratomas is the omentum. It is generally accepted that teratomas arise from germ cells that originate in the mature gonads.
